I just saw the preview to MGS 3: Snake Eater...

Holy CRAP. If it is as good as the video shows (11 minute preview from E3) then I'm buying a PS2. A-yup.

    I got it from Fileplanet, and I'm not going to argue the point, I don't like comparing apples and oranges :p Just trust me, the65 meg download is worth it. Half-Life 2 may rip it to shreds, but I would DEFINATELY recommend downloading this video, you'll see why.

    (Oh, the end video sequences are hilarious)

    i admit to loving MGS to death, and MGS2 was very pretty and improved on some areas, it didn't improve in the mixing of storytelling/gameplay.

    my prediciton of MGS3 11 hours Gameplay 17 hours, sitting and watching the story unfold.

    ah the future of gaming, the movie industry.

    I've got the MGS2 port for PC, played it last night... I dunno, but for some reason I love the videos. True it'll prolly be heavily driven on plot videos, but! No one did complain about Wing Commander, DID they?

    hey, we all complained about WC4. WC3 had it right, but 4 had too much with a convuluted story.

    i like the videos, dont get me wrong. but i want to play not watch.

    HL is popular because every gaming magazine/website ever called it "The Greatest Game Ever Made," and Counter-Strike is popular because it rocks.

    I personally never liked the ending to HL though... I kept hearing those "Never Shake A Baby" advertises in my head when I fought Nihilinth... :D

    lol, when I'm talking to CS friends over AIM, I always use CS terminology. Not 1337 speak, but r0x0r j00r b0x0rz (Morden :D), j00, nub, etc.
