IF you are talking about Project Paraworlds for PC (it was a freeware project to create a Real time/turn based combo stratagy game based on Babylon 5. I have talked to the project leader a couple of times since the site went down. The project was postponed because all of the members had to go do their mandatory service requirements (because they lived in Finland). I do not know if they are still plannign to complete the project, but I hope someone makes a B5 stratagy game...
