Hey guys, just a little update. As some of you know I was having some job satisfaction issues these past few months. So last month I had decided that I was going to move on to another vocation, I signed up with a computer training program at Faileigh Dickinson University. It's a 700 hour/6 month program. The plan had been to resign on September 13th, but with the tragic events of the 11th I had to rethink my decision to leave and put off my resignation for as long as possible. After many long hours of thought and many long talks with family, friends and, probably most important, co-workers I decided to continue with my choice to move on, so as of 1600 hrs on September 21st I am no longer a NYPD police officer. The WTC made this one of the hardest choices of my life, please understand that this is all based on some long-standing issues with the Department and nothing to do with the World Trade Center "bombings". Thank you guys for all of you thoughts and prayers this past week and a half, classes start on Monday and I still need to get books, move, and basically get my life together, so as soon as that happens I'll be able to visit the boards a little more often. Thanks again guys.

Leaving a job is never easy, especially under such conditions. Best wishes with the new career, and I look forward to hearing how it's going. Any intent on taking some game design classes? :-)
Thanks for all you've done with the NYPD, especially with the WTC. You should leave feeling proud, not quilty.
