Yeah - I use it all the time :)

It really is nice to be able to keep each project in a seperate window entirely self contained and not spread all over in 500 windows.

Though I still have hit 2 columns on my sidebar of mostly open Mozilla windows (with most having 5-10 tabs open) :D

Tabbing is great, although I havent trained myself to use it (pisses me off when I instinctively X out of mozilla, forgetting I had 5 other tabs open

I never used to like it, mainly due to the problem of closing the whole window by mistake that others have mentioned. But then I started using it and it just grew on me. Now I use it all the time for related pages. I have the middle button bound to open links in new tab, and I use a mouse gesture for open in new window since that isn't used so often.

Ah yes, but you can use mouse gestures in Mozilla. Very Very handy. Use them soo much, I try to use them even when I'm in IE (on the rare occasions when I site wont work in mozilla).

I use mouse gestures heaps in Mozilla.
  • Mouse gestures are moving the mouse in a certain direction to go back and forth in pages, right? If I'm wrong, ignore this rant.

Is it really any easier to use them than to press the 'Back' button on your mouse? I suppose if you're stuck with a crappy 2-button one it is, but I very much doubt anyone geeky enough to debate mouse gestures would use one of those. :D
All I have to do to leave this conversation is push the secondary left button with my thumb. No damn mouse gestures.

yea my intellexplore whatever mouse is in its fifth year of use, and i love it to death. Five buttons. shaped to fit a rightee. optical.

    perfect mouse all around.

Well, in Opera 7 you can, with mouse gestures, go back and forth. Also open new window, go to root directory, close page and more!

And you can do the same in Mozilla too. All with my 3 button mouse, because I don't consider using mouse gestures to be something that automatically makes me geeky enough to want a mouse with too many buttons. :)

Ohhh. But we have a 4-button, 2-wheel mouse at home! But wait...the drivers barely work and I have to disable the 4th button for most programs not to crash :p - OH - and the 2 mouse wheels? They both do the exact same thing on the WinNT/2k/XP driver!

My parents sometimes get things that don't work right...
