    I have a hard time believing that the Almighty would choose to communicate the end of the world to two people working in a fish market in New York City.

    Well, most of the prophets weren't exactly famous people when God started talking to and through them. Even Jesus was pretty far down the social order.

    That makes me wonder, in our jaded, questioning world, how many real prophets has been overlooked, considered either insane or a crook?
