Need HELP!! at 7119,2963

I'm under attack from a revived bastard at 7119,2963. This fella has an imperial planet at 7117,2959 and is building gunners. Also has a standard planet. The nearest to that fella is Tigershark (one standard planet below you, take it out ASAP), Starfire, #2 and The Vorlon Empire.

Threats:
Imperial Planet: 7117,2959
Standard Planet: 7121,2957
2 Gunners

I need all the assistance I can get. I've not much defences on that area and it'll take me days to get s ship there.
