My oldest sister (the one that introduced me to B5) sent me a tape of LotR, and it just arrived! After I finish checking up on the news, I'll get to watch it!

    If you mean "Where can you see White Stars in the movie", the anwser is, during the lauch of the Valen. Only part of the thing where I saw something that was undoubtably a White Star. In the opening Minbar scene, there are only Blue Stars, no Whites.

    As for where they are plot-wise, see the JMS quotes.
