Is my understanding that if all the network admins had just updated their software with the patches Micro$oft advised everyone use this last summer this never would have happened correct?
The University of Utah network admin need to get their butts in gear or get lost.

If Microsoft didn't release buggy and security hole riddle OS (like Swiss Cheese), Network Admins could get back to doing what they are paid for instead of being QA testers for MS products on live networks.

This is true, but if they're stupid enough to run a MS server in the first place, they could at least show enough intelligence to patch it.

If Microsoft gave its software engineers enough time to properly test their software before shipping it out, we never would have the massive ammounts of problems we have as it is.

Dont you all know that Msft is just a big front for the Network Admin Union ???
Its alla big conspiracy you see... they run Microsoft to make 'buggy' software so they have something to do all day, rather than just watch all the pretty green lights on the routers
