No it's not. It's 9 too many.

Yes, you are absolutely correct, cause i think we're keepin one of the kittens, so that makes 2.

just whack one in a mailer tube and seal it up nicely and send one to me. New York to Adelaide by mail is about ten days..
I've got some dry ice i could use to pack it in.
Its actually a pity that there is no real way to ship animals easily, cause i know people all over who have said "Oh i'd take one if i lived closer and could pick it up"
But its hard to send a kitten to Australia. or even to Nebraska.
They ship them in animal crates, I have personally seen Geese, chickens and Bees go through the Mail!

Uhhh.. Folks I hate to tell you this but they do ship animals through the U.S.Postal Service, alive.

Do they really? how much do they charge tho, This is something i need to look into... none of the no destroy shelters around here can take any cats right now, they are all full, a nd there is no way in hell i'm going to risk the kittens being destroyed if nobody can take them.

You can take animals internationally too, but they usually have to go through a quarintine at the end of it, and I think you need to accompany them.

I don't think i'd fit in the box.
to get a pedigree cat for instance into AU requires the animal to stay in a quarantine facility on one of our offshore islands for six months, all the time you pay for thier care... so basically you end up with a $6000 cat or dog..
Plus some states like Hawaii have quarantine
for most animals.

Shadow Boxer is right even shipping from state to state in the US is expensive.

Yeah, thats why i'm tryin to give them away to someoine who can come pick them up, I already had an offer from a good friend in Nebraska, but i can't get them to her.
If i had a car, i'd be willing to drive a few hundred miles, but i don't have a car.
And i refuse to bring them somewhere that will destroy them if they can't find them a home.
