Sanfam has given me the authority to jump start home.firstones.com. I will be posting new information for it and hopefully we can get it rolled out within the next week.

Is anyone still interested in this venture to help support firstones.com?

    I am, but now that I'm about to become unemployed I just wanted to know what the fees were going to be again, and what things would be supported... (php, web space, email, etc.)

    I will need to pay for it in an annual form up front or I may not be able to do it at all soon.

    You know, I still cant connect to either firstones.com or the regular address (http://64.23.79.149/) What is the problem? I ask this here because I cant get to home.firstones.com either.

    Did you ever set your [b][i]hosts[/i][/b] file at any point in the past on your machine?

    I'd look for old entries there first.

    Rhett: Try adding this DNS server to your list of DNS servers and see if you still have problems:
    66.220.28.218

    I was having similar problems before the DNS's got propagated when just using the IP - it was showing me a different page. Getting a DNS that had the correct entry in for Firstones.com fixed it. That DNS is RadiusCo's DNS so...it should work with Firstones. If you still have problems, make sure your Hosts file hasn't been changed or anything.

    Note: the problem could be being caused by your ISP's DNS not being updated properly, thats why I suggest this.

    I've had many problems with DNS's not being updated properly - thats why I now have 6 DNS servers on my computer's DNS lookup list

    I would have..but alas, we finally got our static ip setup on the DSL, and now I have a box running server.net RC1 with 20gb on it....

    Although my upload speed isn't great.
