    Ok, so was Allegiance dropped or is it still going? Can someone post more info? I DL a copy off of that website (making me assume that it has gone freeware). Can someone fill me in? Thanks

    Well, considering that MS doesn't seem to support it naymore, I'd assume it can be considered Abandonware.

    Go to the Site Croxis posted, it has the full game in a nice, neat little 35 meg file.

    I played through the toturials, and I think it would be really cool. But is there any grand scale of anything? Or is it just skirmishes now? When I get home I post my idea of a good MMORPG (I always have ideas, aber keinem geld [img]http://216.15.145.59/mainforums/biggrin.gif[/img] ).

    Right now using SOVLogin there is only access to the 64 player and less sever, but in less than a week they will finish the crack to the 200 player server.

    Cool, whats the deal with the Allegiance: Antimatter thing? Are the people trying to crack in a new expansion pack? Is there any continuing backstory by the players? Or is it just battles for nothing.

    You might want to check out allegiancewars.com. It's a role-playing strategy based in the game.

    You've got factions that go up against in battle to fight for sectors. Remminds me of the DataNet MS used to have for Allegiance.

    Antimatter is an expantion pack created by a few players. Not much else is known. A B5 mod will be cool though..........
