S:AAB could make a great dual genre franchise (FPS/Space sim).

Dirt cheap licensing, too...

I actually forgot about that. It's a very Un-FOX show. It could have gone places.

Actually, it was a Chris Carter/Mike Wong production (the X-files guys)...

I loved that show...

It had great potential.

Especially towards the end.

My favorite eps were:

"How the Chigs stole Christmas" and "Sugar Dirt".

Especially "Sugar Dirt"...

Other notable eps were when Hawk dealt with the issues of drugs (Green Meanies) as a "tank", and the episode where the 58th are used to retreive bodies and Hammer Heads via Halo Drop under the direction of that nut commander who loved flapjack's, played Johnny Cash, and died in the black hole to decoy the Chig fighters across the Cerberus Wash to get the 58th home...

Hey... I have an idea, lets make a space combat sim based on S:AAB !

You know, we have this discussion every time. We all love S:AAB.
Especially "How the Chigs Stole Christmas".

• I would love to have a game based off of S:AAB... I dont think there was an episode of that show I didn't like.
• SanfamSanfam I like clocks.
Well, one of the last episodes did seem pretty bad, but that was because of a very rushed nature at the end.

Not to mention that all but 2 of the 58th are dead...

The cliffhanger was alright but I think they went a little far on the situation they were in...I hate it when they give the hero absolutely no way out, so then they have to come up with some crazy far out plot device to save the day, and this is only the first season. What are they going to do for next seasons finalie?

[edit]Ohh don't you like how I did this without any spoilers[edit]

Kill off the hero then have him come back. You know, make him jump into a really big hole as a nuke goes off above him or something.

Vertigo1: Technically, we can only say that 1 is dead for sure. The two woman were on their way down to the planet out of control, but may have survived, although it is unlikely. What really pisses me off is that it was cancelled after that, so we can never find out.

I'm so amazingly disappointed that I always manage to miss the last 2-3 episodes of S:AAB on SciFi...I still havent seen the finale episode...ever :/

Well, you missed the pilot which was on Scifi channel 2 hours ago. The ep right after that was "Kick Butts", which was the one with the black hole.

Damnit!
I wanted to see that again
I was considering turning on TV, but I thought "nothing is probably on right now."
I turn it on, finally, and I hear some Johnny Cash playing and end credits.

Ohh that sucks. Of course, at least you get the chance to see them again. Knowing our TV stations, we probably won't see them for years, if at all. Mind you, the way 4 is going, the chances are increasing.
