    big deal...

    you can triangulate where someone is on a cell phone... the net is no different... even with wireless ISP's etc they still have half an idea where you are. Even a Sat phone will pin point you.

    anyways... how long does it take to set up a new webmail address ?

    hell... you could arrange prior to leaving your base in Havegonetostand to use a differing email address in every city you go to. Or use an email address as a dead letter drop.... several parties knowing the password etc on an acct.... all you do is just save it to the 'draft' box and let whomever needs to read it.. do so. You could accsess it from any anonymous e-cafe anywhere you want... from either end so to speak.

    you still wont catch a smart spy....

    the method of tracking this guy has described is for tracking idiots.
