Big B: ReVolt (a splendid game, by the way) was done by Acclaim/Iguana.
rc: Yes, mo-cap across the street... (really more like across the parking lot). The IT chief showed me their wicked-cool high-speed wireless connection between buildings. Currently 100mb, but he is saving up the budget to go gigabit soon.
Did any of you look at the jobs section? (and the humorous images portraying the various jobs) Heh. Sad but true. 'Zap'
I've been using the T10K, the Sony PSX2 dev. box. You program to it via a plug-in to CodeWarrior so you have a full power IDE to use; including interactive debug. I was a bit put off by it at first, but now I am getting used to it and liking it more by the day.
So far, I am pretty happy with the company. No place is perfect, and it is still a job (otherwise there would be no pay), but so far so good. The morale is very high for a game company; very little grumbling and lots of cheerful people to work with. They have a number of different projects going on, so the company isn't dependent upon one publisher or another (and they aren't doomed if one publisher goes out of business or kills a project). Rc mentioned the mo-cap, and they also do ports from one console to another, PC to console, console to PC, etc. (Not the most glamorous work, but it pays and the projects are short: bada-bing, bada-boom and you are cashing their check)
I should also be doing some XBox work, and three of the guys in my office (6 people, ugh.) are doing GameCube, so I am getting to hear about all the strenghts and weaknesses of the various consoles. Interesting stuff to a programmer/geek in the thick of it, but mostly minor details.
There you have it, more personal details than could ever possibly be interesting.

I've been using something similar for programming Palm devices for my uni project and for programming WinCE devices for contract work. It does take a little getting use to, but after a while you get quite quick at it. Although I have to say the Palm is much smoother than the WinCE platform for development, especially when it comes to debugging and emulators.

Another question: Is that T10K thing an ICE?

I wish I could, but I don't have the game. Pity, it's soooo much fun.
