    That's great to hear! It's about time that ESA did this!

    But just how long the human kind keeps only sending these probes and satellites to space? How many decades we still have to wait? It would be about freaking time to go and colonize the Moon permanently and set up a regular flights between Moon and Earth and then go on to the more distant planets.

    Its easy though to understand why many people don't support space exploration, with all the problems we face in the world it seems better to deal with them first.

    I believe that to truly extend our reach into space we are going to have to do it as a planet, not as individual nations. The problems and cost involved in creating a viable infrastucture in space are so massive that its going to take a world wide effort to tackle them.
