Work Sucks...

My boss asked me to come in early today because useless people called off. Well, I when I got to work I found out that they called someone else in and I really didn't need to be there so early.

On top of that, my boss cornered me and told me to come in early tomorrow too. So, after working until 9:00 tonight, I get to come in at 7:00 tomorrow.

But when he was talking to me, all I could think about was [url="http://www.bullshitjob.com/officespace/goahead1.wav"]this.[/url]

    Yeah, that sucks. I was told last week that I'd have to work all this weekend. So after reshuffling all my plans and calling off my monthly BattleTech game, I find out IN PASSING that I am not to come in this weekend after all.

    That and they changed all the users over to the new domain last night. Just one problem....THEY DIDN'T TELL ME!!! So today I get in to a buttload of messages on my voicemail demanding to know where all the network drives have gone. Now I have to track down every user having problems and reconfigure their machine by hand.

    Did I mention that there are about 120 computers scattered randomly over a 2,200,000 sq foot factory? Nobody knows where all the computers are....

    I don't have 120 but I have 40 to deal with over a 200000 sq ft facility and I am a one man shop so I know what you got to do...
