The official "X have it, why don't we?" -thread. Sosumi.

Seriously, I was just over at TTLG and they've finally got a Photo Album of their posters up and running. It's a nice way to get rid of those "ugly mug" threads and all sorts of stuff like stating that we've been here for THIS long and such. So, could we have one too? Would it take way too much space? Would San-Fram-Cisco and the crew want to do it? Would it require any extra effort? What's with hemorrhoids?

It's not a bad idea anyway, if people decide they want one and the devs (sorry, admins... :rolleyes [img]http://216.15.145.59/mainforums/smile.gif[/img] don't object, how about running a poll first to see how many people would actually send their mug in if they could...

Opinions?

Is it just another homepage database type of thingy or does it require more serious work?

    I wrote a PHP/MySQL script a while ago that did pretty much the same thing as what this is about...

    Maybe I could dig it out, update/fix bugs etc?
