    If I'm not mistaken the warehouse used to do something with soft drinks production. Probably Coca-Cola... or PepsiCo...

    Oh, no man, the soft drinks warehouse was right next to the main one (where B5 was filmed in) - it was used for sets/decorations production for the show.

    The main warehouse (the one we are talking about) used to be a place, where diffrent pumps were kept!

    Ok, since nobody guessed it, I'll spill:

    Babylon 5 was filmed in a 60,000(I've also heard 70,000) square foot building that used to be a hot tub factory/warehouse.
