Well I've had no luck in contacting anyone from thoes projects, I'll email them again, and If I don't get a reply in a week, then We'll have to consider something new...
I do know someone who is making a modable game engine, and I heard that once it's scripting language is made out, it was going to be pretty flexible, I'm still looking into that possiblity as a backup.

Black & White has a similar design. At least for things like behaviours. All that stuff is controlled by scripts. I don't know about models and stuff though.

We released 0.3 about 2 months ago, and I'm currently in the process of doing some cleanup, preparing for the move to open-source.
