The true craft of the Dilgar?

Which is more cannon? The nice, curvey, beetle-like ITF Dilgar ships, or the ugly, rustbucket, looks entirely too much like EA tech AOG Dilgar ships? And why did AOG go so far off the sem-established semi-cannon design? I want anwsers! Or perhaps opinions! At the very least some kind of reply! Please!

    The [i]most[/i] canon is anything that was seen in an episode. The Dilgar ships were never shown.

    I don't know about AOG, their contract, or what they had to do to get a design authorized. All I can do is speak to what we had to do.

    Our design was created by one of the ship designers for the show. The design had to be approved by JMS, et.al. before we could use it in the game.

    But you have to look at this too – our game was never completed and AOG seems to be a successful business. [img]http://216.15.145.59/mainforums/confused.gif[/img]

    or JMS doesnt have the inclination/budget/contractual constraint to make AOG toe the line... sometimes its nice to have a 'loose' universe.... I'd much rather that that a Lucasarts or StarTrek kinda universe where it is much, much tighter... not to mention larger but hey.. [img]http://216.15.145.59/mainforums/biggrin.gif[/img]

    I would say the ITF ones because they were designed by a B5 ship designer.
