    They can't use their existing codebase and moviescenes etc.

    The license is for the work already done on the game.
    (This is UNFORTUNATELY Sierra/Havas property)
    But they can use their work from the last year, AND rewrite the (whole) rest of the game!

    ... hope they will... (PLEASE RICK)
