    No, Micro$oft sucks at making games. Almost all good games that come from them are actually made by some other company and published by them.

    You're right, Microsoft doesn't make that great of games. Unfortunately, they are becoming one of the few major players for sims. They are currently producing MechWarrior 4 and a WWII Flight Sim (kinda). Who else do we have?

    see, it is not the games they make. rather the games they PUBLISH. they are a strong PUBLISHER, as well as a great developer, and please, don't say that it is bad because of a bias. I don't want to see any boas on choices. We need all the choices we can get

    Ok, granted Word is not the greatest program and Windows needs some major work, they are programs designed and built from the bottom up by Microsoft.

    Now, this game, well would probably follow a course similiar to AOE and it's sequel where a great programing group and artists make a great game and Microsoft publishing it. Is that realy that bad???

    About Starlancer, the two developers from WC quit after WC IV.

    Despite the fact that I'm a Mac user, and therefore it is in my dna to dislike the big M, if they are our only hope left to get this dame game on the shelves then so be it!

    AOE 1 & 2 were great. I'm sure Bill Gates would not miss $3m to finish the game and win the hearts of many many fans!! And I'm sure there are loads of B5 fans who work at Microsoft, just like at NASA's JPL facilities. So it would be worth finding those fans in Microsoft and fast!!!
