Ok here is the much improved version of my earth scene....which will be avaliable for download shortly....

I've spent about 15 hours looking at NASA images of Earth! 1 or two things I've got to to...but nothing significant....

Earth is a variable bugger so I've gone for an "average" lighting and colour, here it is - click to expand:
