Who here knows Javascript?

Cos I really am having difficulty getting to grips with it!

I need java based menus in the next incarnation of my site, and they are just being annoying! Manuals are just bugging me now! I follow the instructions, and the code just DON'T run!

    Honestlt, do you NEED java* menus or do you just want them? IMO, JavaScript/Java is one of the more annoying bits you can find on web pages, especially since there's no real need for it, especially when you can handle so many things through CGI and database setups, especially e-commerce. So many people browse and refuse to enable Java/JavaScript/ActiveX/cookies that it may do more harm than good.
