A2597, I am interested in using blender...

You have inspired me. I have just downloaded the program and your tutorial, and a few other models. My question though is, where can I find textures for different models such as the Brakiri cruiser? I really hope you can help me get started. I am an artist with a very creative streak so I can promise some very interesting pictures. As you can imagine seeing what you and everyone else here are accomplishing I am thirsting for the chance to try it out.

    IN the links section is a program that can convert LW files, 98% of the LW meshes I DLed hav textures, soooo, download the LW mesh/zip, textures sould be included!
    Good luck, and I will be doing a tutorial on textureing (If I EVER get time again....)

    really, I still havent "mastered" it, but I've had it since Jan, but I put it down for about four months. Then went at it all out. [img]http://www.firstones.com/forums/smile.gif[/img]

    I have a question. I tried loading the program on my computer, but when I open the program the bottom and top screen flickers to a grey color. I have to run my cursor over the buttons again to make them visible and I have to right-click on the screen to make the grid appear again. I tried adjusting my color settings to everything possible, and also tried changing my resolution, but still the same problem. Any ideas? I tried to look for a patch but I haven't found any.
