• I think it stretches the meaning of "3D render", but it is cool.

you know something...that is pretty damn good! if you just had some joints, you could angle the ship properly, but that's all that's missing.

Yeah, really cool! You should maybe consider painting those lego blocks in that WhiteStar to make it look more realistic.

• HAHAA!
I have Lego Omega!
I made it couple years ago.
But i have no picture about it, i might try to scan it, but i think that is imbosible...
• WORFWORF The Burninator
I tried using joints but it was too weak. Its had to believe that it doesnt fall apart easily, the only parts that do come off easily are the fins.

My Omega class Lego (tm)

It's not in right scale becouse all black parts were used building this thing,
and i didnt want any blue parts in the hull...

i had huge problems scanning this pic, becouse i dont have digital camera.
It have been edited by paint shop pro, so you can see it somehow.

Ok, i know that it's not LIKE omega, but there are some similar shapes in it.

Sinclair: why don't you try to create a nova instead of the omega? i'm sure it would work better overall. the shape ov the omega is tough to make, although I have some ideas, they aren't easy. Especially the rotating section (which in the model i'm thinking about, would be a seperate section, not really attached to the model, but rather sitting on a center bar)
• ZahaZaha Trainee
Nice toys, but the they can't beat the infamous Duck Roanoke with a rotating middle section

All these photos are from the Finnish B5 newsgroup (which was just recently closed, rest in peace) meeting.

Becouse... i like challanges! In that Omega is rotating mid section! can you imagine how long i made that! Í have to start all over agian couple times. If i want do something, i will do it and nobody cant stop me, even Sierra.

ok
anyways, I have some ideas for the rotating section if you ever want them. It'd require a large number of pieces, though. the worst part is that you'd be required to really make it three times the siize as right now.

Well, I wouldn't say "older generation,", I'm only 16. I've read the newsgroup a lot, but the total number of messages I ever posted is less than fifty. Instead, I'm an active of the still living Finnish babylon5 IRC channel. I visited it for the first time in October 1998, the day after Passing Through Getshemane aired in Finland.

We had a lot of fun in the meeting

I stopped posting in the Finnish B5 Newsgroup about the same time as B5 ended here. After a while of IRCing I found: B5:ItF Finland Forums (cue fanfare) in July 2000.
