Suggestion: lose the .plan files on the firstones.com front page, or at least push the section down below the Station Map and FAQ sections.
The section is severely out-of-date and no longer serves a useful purpose, in my opinion. If I were a potential Sector 14 investor browsing the site, I'd rather have the most current, relevant information up-front.
