Keyloggers on new laptops?

Essentially the gist of the following article is that a security researcher found keylogging and screenshot software on two Samsung laptops that automatically emailed captured data to Samsung, who admitted it was part of their "performance monitoring" system.

    I don't. But if I did, my standard procedure is a nuke and pave for any computer with reinstalled stuff on it.

  • I don't know which one is more worrying, the fact that the dude who found this "keylogger" is apparently a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or RC spreading purple lies.
