I am still twidlling my thumbs waiting for the main board to load(and I am on my works T1) maybe there are too many posts.

(Note: that is a totally ignorant stament seeing as I have no idea how to run a BB or a server [img]http://www.firstones.com/forums/smile.gif[/img])

    I don't think it is a problem with the posts, just the slow ass server, but I will go prune messages now.

    I wonder if there's a problem with browser compatability? I downloaded and installed the IE 5.5 beta version (without realizing it WAS the beta version [img]http://www.firstones.com/forums/redface.gif[/img]) a little while back and it seemed like the boards had suddenly slowed to a crawl (the rest of the site loaded normally, though [img]http://www.firstones.com/forums/confused.gif[/img] ). Uninstalling the beta and reinstalling IE 5.01 seems to have fixed the problem.

    I wouldn't think that the browser would have anything to do with load speeds (like cynic, I am woefully ignorant when it comes to BBs and servers [img]http://www.firstones.com/forums/wink.gif[/img]); however, I could be wrong...
