I'm bored

Lord RefaLord Refa Creepy, but in a good way
I've had the flu for a week now, and honestly, starting to get bored. Havent been this bored since last time I got tired of masturbation.

Just finishing with season 1 of Supernatural here, and that's about it..

So..

Any suggestions for melodic rock to listen to from youtube?

With awesome guitar riffs etc...

Or other "peacefull" songs with memorable chorus. Like David Bowies Ashes to Ashes.

Errr....no, not really....sorry!

You could always try pissing into the wind...I hear it's entertaining

I'll just keep on watching Supernatural season 2 in that case.

Man, i'm surprised how good that show was from the start. They advertised it as kind of teeny-weeny teenage x-files for the girls with cheesy pop music and dating problems when it started in finland, kind of like they advertise those twilight movies. So I never watched it until like season 5 when I happened to see it on tv in scotland once. Been watching it ever since. It's awesome.. And its mostly rock songs in it. But yea. I hate flu, and even more I hate irish medical system.

The way things are going in Ireland right now I'd just be glad they have a medical system! What wrong with it anyhow?
• WORFWORF The Burninator
I see I'm not the only one to watch Supernatural then :)

well, the "company doctor" has about as much bedside manners as serial killing paedophile rapist. I mean, that's the impression I got when he was doing our "physicals" when I started here.

The another doctor I've met, was some african jungle doctor with a diploma straight out of kellog's. Prescribed me with paracetamol and medicine for upset stomach when I had high blood pressure. Refused to actually even tell me what he was prescribing and for what, not to mention he refused to believe that Zyrtec (allergy medicine) existed. I kid you not. He kept saying I was wrong and that there's no such thing.

I've heard of doctors who prescribe alcohol, whiskey etc.. for flu and such.

I'm surprised they're not using leeches and whatnot, maybe some skull drilling for a headache?

And yea. Having lived here since may.. I can tell the irish have a shitload of problems, but brain's ain't one of them. The next 5-6 months are gonna be long..

I'd rather you didn't Worf! Heh!

Yeah that does sound a bit dire Refa. Can't you ask to see another doctor? Maybe that one just didn't know the brand name. Zyrtec's an antihistamine isn't it? Can't think why he'd give you that for high bp tho...
• Lord RefaLord Refa Creepy, but in a good way
nah. He refused to believe that it existed. And I dont know why he was asking about it in the first place either, cuz I had not needed it for my allergies for a few weeks either.. So I dont think it was causing any high blood pressure. Ofcourse, I had not had a high blood pressure problems before, and been using it for my allergy for well over a decade. To be honest, when talking to most people in here, it seems that even though the words enter their ears and head, they dont connect. They are unable to comprehend if its not something they're personally familiar with.

I dont really need to see a dr now anymore anyway. It's a flu, you need fluids and rest to get over it. But apparently its company policy that we need to see a dr.. so next week i'll find one that'll write me a sickday note for this week for free. Not paying 50 euros for that.

Supernaturals first four seasons are awesome. Unfortunately, it goes downhill from there..

Edit: Also, if youre bored. Youll never be bored again here.

Supernatural is one of those shows that has just never appealed to me
• WORFWORF The Burninator
Are you sure? Paris Hilton plays herself (sort of) in one episode and gets her head cut off.

Worf
• Lord RefaLord Refa Creepy, but in a good way
I kinda like season 5.. and season 6 even more. It's kinda fun and easy to enjoy. :)

Anyway. Had to cave in, and called a nurse atleast. Or waiting for a call from one to figure out how to continue. Hopefully not needing to see a dr. Cuz that would suck.

Thought was getting better, but when taking a shower I got a ass kicking (mine) migraine attack that brought me to my knees, after that I coughed up a handfull of brownish green goo, kinda like the oil from x-files, but more disgusting.

Now, one hour later, I'm feeling better again.

Whilst that would be enjoyable Worf, I don't think it's a reason to watch the entire show ;)

Yeah I'd say you need to see a doctor Refa, altho the two aren't likely connected.
• Lord RefaLord Refa Creepy, but in a good way
Trying to book an appointment for tomorrow in advance now. One doctor that I havent heard too bad about atleast left in this town. heh.

Whats weird is that I've got like 3 or 4 different symptons/ailments in this week. Not feeling feverish now, but finger tips are dull and dizzyness with a weird feeling in my chest. Not pain exactly, just weird. Seems that everytime I call to dr or nurse I start feeling a bit better as well.
• Lord RefaLord Refa Creepy, but in a good way
The funny thing is, all I can think of is that I hope it's nothing serious, cuz I dont think my mom could take it.

My uncle, her brother, died suddenly (well, as suddenly as one can) from cancer last friday. And that happening on christmas time already is a bad thing, now me, being here abroad and all..

Atleast I've rarely had any antibiotics, so those should be effective in my body if I need some.
• ShadowDancerShadowDancer When I say, "Why aye, gadgie," in my heart I say, "Och aye, laddie." London, UK
Find a hot nurse and get her on speed dial! ;)
• Lord RefaLord Refa Creepy, but in a good way
Not a chance for that. :P

Besides, I'm too shy for flirting.

Off to sleep now. Feeling just fine again. Currently feeling dizzy and nauseated. OTher than that, juuust fine.

Got to be some weird virus. That's the only explanation I can think of. If I wake up tomorrow as zombie virus patient zero, I'll let you guys know.

mmmm.... brains...

And now i got the rest of the week off again from work, this time officially. Some medicine too. And antibiotics.

According to the doctor.. I have.. xxxitis xxxtis. Cant read it for hell.

Oo.. I think that's Tricia Helfer on supernatural. Always more of a Grace Park fan myself. I'd like to go grasing in her gracious parks and mountains. Muff diving so to speak.
• WORFWORF The Burninator
Yep, that was Tricia Helfer, I remember that episode.
