Anyone playing it on 360? I was thinking of starting an online league and doing the draft etc. Any interest?

    I think when ever they finally cease to release those Madden or NHL XX games, the world will end. I dont see any other reason releasing the same game year after year than to battle demons with some strange subsonic incantations the game plays while millions of mindless drones play them over and over again..

    That's why I buy every other year ;) Although, I will say, this year its pretty impressive.

    well, the obvious answer to why they originally released one every year was updated roster information.

    However, that goes right out the window now when you realize you could do that with an update. I havent had one since 2005.

    I just bought NHL 2k8, and thats the first one i've bought since about 2k4 as well. They're best to come back to every few years I think

    I'd say the answer is, sorry no. The only "sports" game I play on my PC is snooker.

    generally sports games play better on a console than a PC.

    I also play some racing and flight simulations once in a while. That's when the XBox360 gamepad gets dusted off. But other than that, I'm not really into sports games.

    Managing sports teams sounds too much like work. :D
