got interesting.
Apparently Fox told them to make the first half of the season stand-alone episodes. Look where that got them. Fortunately they realized their mistake and told the producers they could go back to arc-based.
The latest episodes have exponentially increasing amounts of Epic Win!

I totally flipped when Spoiler: we got evidence Weaver was good (or at the very least a separate faction), even though I called it the first ep she appeared.
It was very dramatic but an excellent episode. I think the chances of a third season are slim but I'd be happy to see it come back if we get more like this.

Any news if there's going to be a 3rd season of SCC? I looked at the official site and there is no word yet afaik. Apparently SCC is quite popular with the fans, so there is still hope.
With all the stuff that happened, I have a hard time figuring out where the show is headed, especially since it's unclear who the bad guys are. If I got that correctly John Connor got to meet his older self in the season finale, as well as the human Cameron. That will open some interesting possibilities.
Anyway, I hope the suits still see the potential of the show and will order at least another season.
We'll find out if there's a third season tomorrow.

Cool! I hope you'll bring great news.
How can you be sure? He kind of looked like an older John Connor. I thought they looked like as if they were related.
Show got canceled.
Don't know why I bother watching good TV.
That was his father, remember when Sarah was shot she hallucinated him? Also IIRC Kyle says something about "That's my brother's coat, and you are about to meet him."
Not that it matters anymore :(
Well, that sucks, if that's Fox's last word. :(
I had a bad feeling about it when I saw Derek getting shot in the head like that. In my book that's usually a classic exit strategy for a character to leave a show on relative short notice. With a new Terminator movie coming out, I can't see the logic in this, because I don't see Christian Bale flop at the box office. He's on a winning streak. They would be well advised to stick with this franchise.
I would also like to see more of Summer Glau, she's a babe, the cutest terminatrix around. :)

Watch dollhouse fail epically without Terminator as a lead-in.
I watched it knowing that eventually the writers would be allowed to write arc-based stories, and because Summer Glau was in it. But it really was pretty terrible. The only good episode in the first half was the one where they killed Chromartie, and even that had some pretty wacky, fractured storytelling.
I have a theory, strong women don't seem to be quite as popular as one may think. You can say SCC suffered from Joss Whedon's curse.
Personally, I didn't care for Jesse Flores (Stephanie Jacobsen), the Hong Kong babe with an Aussie accent. I suppose that's no surprise as the character wasn't meant to be likeable. I didn't find her motivations very credible. On the plus side she killed off another annoying character, Riley Dawson (Leven Rambin). I'm sure both actresses did their best with the material handed to them, but they never stood a chance.
The other characters were quite well designed, the creepy Catherine Weaver and John Henry/Cromartie stood out of the crowd.
Yet it seems to me the show was designed for an epic fail.
This is why we can't have nice things. :(

T4 isn't doing too badly. Anyway, the resistance is coming up with a strategy.
Yeah, good luck with that. :D

I know there is one in the town of Babylon and Melville there must be thousands of Sarah Connors in the city.
