    Just so you know, GTA4 runs only acceptably well on near minimal settings on a Dell XPS M1370.

    You really can't fall for the hardware hype anymore, there's always some game out there that's going to make your new rig look old. :(

    That's my current laptop. Bought it for 500 euros in 2007 from Taipei.. and I can still play Fallout 3 with graphics that are adequate and without slowing down (or crashing all the time)...

    Oddly enough, GTA4 has yet to crash on me. Overall the complaints are only true as to the lack of optimization of the console port and the requirement to login to the R* social club. Since I won't play it online, I don't really need Windows Live.

    Fallout 3 is also on my wishlist. :D
