well that about blows

Lord RefaLord Refa Creepy, but in a good way
was eating a selfmade croissant when I read cracked.com and laughed a bit. Not a good fraggin' idea. Got a portion of the chewed up mess inside my sinus. Just one side of the nose.

Didnt feel good at all.. Got most of it out after sneezing and blowing for 30 mins or so.. but still a bit sore.

Now considering obtaining some flu bacteria to increase the flow in my nose and get the rest of the residue out without worries.

Well, atleast I didnt stick it there intentionally like my mum did with a coin when she was young.

    Ive recently come across a good expression in times like these;

    "Share, dont scare"
  • Random ChaosRandom Chaos Actually Carefully-selected Order in disguise
    I was thinking of "don't even share" :)

    Not to far from the truth, actually. I once sneezed while eating a food product and had it end up in my right sinus passageway. The key was actually to try to promote mucus shedding and inhale strongly to try to free it.

    That fucker hurt while it was in there, felt like nothing had ever been wrong once out. Easier stragegy: Use a Neti Pot to flush it out, or try washing out any remaining bits with one sometime soon.

    lol I've never heard of food getting stuck in somebodies nose before...How drunk were you Refa?
  • I've had similar things happen before. Usually it's easiest to just suck it down.

    I wasnt drunk when it happened, at work.. Seems to have cleared now.

    Was sort of nasty when it started coming out. Very not sexy like.

    You could always try to use a garden hose. Worked for me.
