in Zocalo v2.0
Great game
I'm enjoying it. The 'lego' sections throughout the game are phukkin' awesome.
I guess all those billions of copies of Maddens Football make for deep pockets, to fund the quality titles like this one.
I got the Galactic Edition and the artwork in the book is pretty cool. It's nice to see there are still some talent illustrators and designers out there.
[SP]The only gripe is that the history you generate can't branch. You can't alter your destiny through the game by going back and making different choices as you progress. The other thing that irritates me is that there are pressures built into the game which force you to progress, you can't hang around in some portions of the timeline and really explore without facing some sort of penalty, like Epic scale creatures popping up everywhere, or clouds of little peck-you-to-death cells.[/SP]
[SP]One other little tip, probably best not to make lots of super aggressive or tooled up creatures and post them to Sporepedia etc because the game will use your content to beat the tripe out of you. I've faced most of my created creatures in the game world, some at Epic scale... there's nothing pleasant about a maxxed out aggro critter with 1000hp to your 105... :D[/SP]
