So me and two other people challange Firstones supcom players to a game of Supreme Commander.

If you're intressted it'd be great if people would post times they are able to play.

    Most of our games are spontaneous, primarily because none of us really have consistent slots of free time. Your best bet, by far, is to either hunt us down on IRC and gather details, relaying said information to the friends...or just bring them onto IRC :p

    we don't have consistent free time either so need to get some times first to even see if it's possible to get a game going.

    Most games have been 3am GMT or later.

    I picked up SC along with Company of Heroes and Dawn of War brand new for £8 the other week :D Just need to install em now, once I get XP back on my iMac as it borked on me (XP that is). I'll probably be up for a SC game at some point. And why not some nostalgic gaming with TA? Depends if any one has it though.

    TA has been abandoned entirely for Supcom:FA. We've been pretty content with the way it plays out and haven't seen the slightest reason to look back.

    Sup Com is the win.

    On days I don't work a closing shift, I'm usually good from late afternoon to early evening Pacific time, or if my girlfriend is not going to be online, then all evening past midnight!

    So what you're saying, SC runs too fast for you and you need to slow it down dramatically by running it on an XP that's running on a iMac? :D

    Must be some iMac you've got there. Because I've read stories about what a system hog SC is once battle is raging, it even brings high end systems to their knees. Maybe it's an exaggeration but you may want to check it out.

    I've been thinking of getting the game myself, but I doubt I'll be able to play it but on the smallest maps.

    we've been able to slow SC:FA down on a Q6600/2gb/8800GT configuration, so I can't imagine an iMac's graphics card would be able to stand up to the load.
