    SimCity was one of the first games I got for the SNES. To this day I find it quite enjoyable. I haven't played SimCity DS (SC3k) but I've read mixed reviews about it. And we know how Societies turned out (I should try it myself some time). One of the biggest complaints I've heard from the casual gamer is that SC3k and 4 were just too complicated -- and that complication is the reason I love 3k and 4. As long as the Wii version has some depth to it I may just get it.

    SNES SimCity was epic. I'm surprised we put up with that cursor with only using the D pad, no mouse involved!

    Some more [URL="http://uk.wii.ign.com/articles/877/877617p1.html"]details[/URL], it sounds like it's going to be not quite as complex as SimCity 3k and 4 but not like Societies either. I think it's got some potential at least.
