I also hate everyone who is going to get to see Patrick Stewart alongside David Tennant in Hamlet. David is Hamlet, Patrick is his uncle the king....Oh. My. Gods. Would I die to see that play.
So take that!

Ding Ding Ding! We have a winner! Definitely one of the best Hamlets.
While not actually Hamlet...be sure to check our Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead.

Not only was Patrick Stewart great but so was Lady Macbeth she was really passionate in the role. I can't say enough how great it is to hear patrick stewart shout out NOOOOO! haha for $60 bucks it was worth it. I am thinking about seeing it again just so I can get my head around some of the lines. As some of it did go over my head. I got the general idea though and it was surely very funny...Unfortunately I didn't stick around long enough to get a word or two from Patrick, but it was still great and the modernization of the play worked well. (they used guns mostly and dressed up in British army khakis) Strongly recommend it to anyone who lives near NYC. ITs showing till the 18th I believe, at the Lyceum theater.
