So who's been watching the new Terminator series? I've seen the 1st episode and seems decent so far. Summer Glau's role is shall we say different from what's gone before in the Terminator saga ;)

Plan on watching another couple over the next few days. I've read that the writing has thrashed the plot of T3 already, but thats hardly surprising.

Oh and Bear McCreary is doing the music (and Brad Fiedel is down on IMDB as well). Thought it sounded familiar :)

    I have been enjoying it quite a bit so far...Summer's role here seems to fit her, maybe because of the emotional detachment we often found with River Tamm. Spoiler: I love the angle of many Terminators in the past, all with different missions, and that they don't deviate; makes for some interesting scenes, such as the terminator that ignored Sarah and John and tried to kill Reese since [I]that[/I] was its mission. Cool stuff.

    ...and yes, Bear McCreary really come through in many of the movements. Battlestar, Eureka, Terminator, and in my opinion, the best composer on TV, and better than most cinema composers.

    It's been said that Terminator 3 is an alternate timeline to the series (which I'm glad of).

    I don't know how they'll keep it going for a long period of time but I'll keep watching for now.

    Um Jack, its on Fox...

    I haven't caught as many eps as I'd like, but, while its not the greatest writing, I've been glad they've been able to avoid a lot of cliches. I was afraid they it would just turn into a teen melodrama.

    Just a quick post. It's fricking awsome! If Summer Glau was any better of an actress or hotter, it would melt everyone's screen. I know she's really young.. but she really grew up from Firefly.
