Well Biggles started it...

Heh heh!

January 1, 2008 started off with a nice freeze and some snow. Didn't mind, since I was off recovering from severe overtime.

Took some shots of the cave/waterfall. Low's have ranged between 8 and 19 degrees F at night. Things are warming up now so had to get the pics before they drop.

;)

I love frozen waterfalls. Vermont always had awesome ones on the mountain sides. Some of the ski trails go directly over frozen waterfalls as my dad and I found out one day when we ended up on a trail that hadn't been properly covered by artificial snow. It's really hard to ski properly on a near vertical slab of solid ice.
