    There was one line in the BBC news version of that page ^ that caught my eye; it was something along the lines of 'it is now uncertain if the january elections will be going ahead'. I may well be reading too much into it, but doesnt that sound convenient?

    I guess this is what happens when you don't understand what "NO" or "HELL NO!" means.

    I believe it was mentioned long enough in the press that she was a [I]persona non grata[/I] in Pakistan. Even with the nukes, they are still quite radical in that part of the world. So this tragic event is indeed quite unsettling.
