Death Star Galaxy

Some galaxies just don't get along. The black hole jet of one galaxy is apparently bullying another galaxy in our "neighborhood".

I wonder if this celestial event may actually cause the destruction of some alien civilizations.

This is all happening now, in a galaxy, far, far away....

    Well, the universe is mostly made of life-threating space, but that's not what I meant to say. :D

    In the line of the stories we are used to seeing on scifi shows, there's a good chance that life was destroyed in that particular galaxy because of those enormous events unfolding right now.

    I never pictured black holes to be able to cause so much havoc.
  • Just turn up the Van Allen Belt, have lots of ozone in the upper atmosphere and the Notheren lights will go on all day. :)
