  I think you're a Cylon, because you don't get an anti-spam thing in the search if you're logged in. Also, yes, it probably is bugged. We used to have the same one on the login screen. The sad thing about it is that while it seems to often stop people, it never stopped the spam bots.

  the image works fine, but it is exceptionally complicated, perhaps even too complicated for humans. I just toned it down a bit given our newer, more successful anti-bot measures. I do plan to keep it there as a second line of defense against human-aided bots. But all of this is disregarded once you log in. Just keep yourself logged in at all times and the problem is solved.
