    I've had kidney stones, So i can commiserate, 2nd worst pain i've ever felt.

    i know 3 women who've given birth, and had Kidney Stones, they all say the stones are worse. (i've no basis for comparason, so i stay out of the debate)

    That, would be the pain from an intercompartmental pressure monitor, a large gague needle, being jammed through the flesh of your arm, through the muscle, into the muscle compartment, while it's swolen and dying of necrosis due to compartment syndrome.

    Doctor told me to avoid the dairy products, iced tea, sodas, alcoholic drinks, yada yada yada.

    Most reasonably believable guess was iced tea, soda, and Ice cream. That and I didn't drink enough water to flush the kidney's.

    I used to drink a lot of iced tea...

    When i had mine the doctor pretty much told me that the only things i had to avoid were things high in Calcium.
