I'm going to have her, in front of my lens, in the next few days.

Makes me want to get my professional photographer on... :D

I like doing landscapes, and nature, i LOVE sports photography, I've actually never really liked doing people pics., i know several people who do almost nothing but model pics, but they say they do it just to see young women naked. go figure.

I've been finding a love for model photos lately. I used to enjoy scenic shots, but I've been taking a lot of satisfaction out of posing someone in an environment in which I have little control over the majority of the exposure factors. Though I still wish to explore further into studio-ish work.

i've just found studio type work to be too static, too technical, with sports photography (especially baseball) and nature photography (especially wildlife) you never know what's going to happen, its spontanious.

Plus, with models you have to think about too much, how should i pose them, where should the light be, Not that i'd be adverse to trying with the right model, just as a general rule, it doesnt seem to be something that i'd enjoy.

course there is good money in it.

I'm thinking purely as a hobbyist, and more trying to fit a model into *existing* lighting. That's where the fun lies.

That would certainly be enough to fire up my interest in photography back up again.
