    My boss loves them but doesn't actually use em. It depends I think. I know a lecturer in Engineering here who is a real geek for them. They do have some nifty features and the swivel screens on some is cool. But a lot of the writing on screen stuff for me is nothing new. I could do that on my old Newton.

    I suppose if Rodney McKay can use em on Atlantis then they're good :D

    I notice the ad talks about stylus input / screen keyboard, but does not say anything about drawing. It almost seems that they make a point of NOT saying anything about drawing.

    The OS in XP Pro and does not specifically say the Tablet edition...

    I might research a tad more before I'd spend the clams...

    'Course you all know I am biased toward that Gateway Convertable Tablet... ;)

    I've used a couple of these things. In my opinion, the touch screen is not precise enough for doing any kind of high-quality drawing.
