Nice find though. Hard to tell if that site is linked to the construction of the Henge itself as the entire area there is part of a very elaborate ritual landscape covering more than one monument.
Oh and the last guy mentioned, Julian Thomas, he taught me at Southampton. Fantastic theoretical archaeologist. His books are very heavy reading though :)

Actually I have it on good authority the Stonehenge was a Vorlon practical joke. The idea was to stack a bunch of stones on top of each other for no particular reason and watch as humanity spent endless years of research and dedication to try and figure out what its purpose was. It was just a bunch of rocks!
