a secret court eh? I hope the ACLU gets their hearing I am afraid gentleman our time is running short.

If American's werent so lazy we would have had a revolution years ago. I wonder what the average militancy is currently in this country.

    1. The secret court has been around since the cold war to provide security intensive warrants (such as monitoring of spies and such). It has civilian oversight and is a constitutionally legal method for doing this.

    2. I hope ACLU gets their day for those years of monitoring that were deemed "not necessary for the court to give warrants for."
