    We babysat a friend's one-year old over this night. Just how I wanted to spend the new year, the ear-piercing shrieks of a rage filled podling.

    He settled down after giving us a new years "gift."

    I am so very NOT having any more of those.

    Did you end up in Times Square? I spent mine just north of New Orleans, driving along I-10 last night, as soon as it got dark, it was non-stop fireworks, all the way from Florida to Louisiana!

    Ahh, well glad you had fun, i'm still in Louisiana, enjoying the last week of my 5 week long vacation, soon it will be back to the great frozen north.
